House Managers Needed

The Center for Women in Transition is seeking part-time House Managers to work weekend shifts at its Schirmer House facility. The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
1. Monitor video surveillance equipment and act accordingly.
2. Ensure staff, facility, and guest safety both inside and outside of the House.
3.Serve as the police/sheriff liaison.
4.Engage in crime prevention, intervention, investigation, and reporting to support law enforcement activities.
5.Administer drug and alcohol testing and record keeping.
6.Conduct room inspections according to established guidelines.

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, good communication skills, the ability to set and maintain boundaries and conflict management skills. Previous experience working with offenders and/or at-risk population helpful but not required.
